The salary of your nanny will depend on a variety of factors such as her experience as well as the hours and duties of the position. In general our live-out full time nannies receive $600.00 to $1,200.00 a week. Our live in nannies average between $500-$1,000 a week.Our part-time nannies receive $16.00 to $30.00 per hour.Where are the nannies you refer located?
The nannies we recommend to your family will live no further than a 20 minute drive to your home. Many of our live in nannies are in Connecticut but some come from out of state.What is the screening process the nannies go through?

Minimum of 3 years of childcare experience.
Legal to work in the United States.
Valid drivers license.
CPR and First Aid certified.
Minimum of 3 childcare and personal references.

Our background checks include:
Drivers license report. Federal and state criminal background check. Sex offender registry report. You will receive copies of all the background checks prior to your nanny starting employment.
